What a room costs at Apollo Motor Inn, and what the alternatives in Twin Falls cost

A single room at Apollo Motor Inn is $65 a night or $250 a week. A double is $75 a night or $275 a week.

This page sets those numbers next to every lodging business in Twin Falls we found publishing a weekly rate, read from each of their own websites on September 2, 2026, and it says where somebody else is cheaper.

Apollo has singles and doubles. There is no studio at this address, so there is no studio rate on this page.

What a room costs here

Apollo Motor Inn sits at 296 Addison Ave W in Twin Falls. There are two kinds of room and each one has a nightly rate and a weekly rate.

RoomPer nightPer week
Single$65$250
Double$75$275

Published rates at 296 Addison Ave W, Twin Falls.

These are standing rates. They are not quotes a booking engine builds for a particular date, so they do not move with the date the way a quote does. The number you read here is the number on the phone.

There is no studio at this address. If a studio is what you came for, there is a section further down that points you at the closest one and gives its rate.

Seven nights, or one week

Seven nights at the single rate of $65 comes to $455. The week is $250. That is $205 less money for the same seven nights, and both of those figures are published.

Seven nights at the double rate of $75 comes to $525. The week is $275, which is $250 less.

The line sits earlier than most people expect. Four nights at $65 is $260, which is already more than the $250 week. Four nights at $75 is $300, more than the $275 week. For either room, once a stay runs past three nights, the week is the number to ask about.

If your plans might stretch, say so when you call (208) 733-2010. Booking four separate nights at the nightly rate costs more than the week does.

What a week costs across Twin Falls

Four lodging businesses in Twin Falls publish a weekly rate that we could find. Here is what each site said on September 2, 2026.

BusinessWeekly rate as publishedWhat their site says
Apollo Motor Inn, single$250Our own published rate. The double is $275.
Canyon Springs Extended Stay$295"As low as $295 a week!" on their site.
Motel 6 Twin Falls$315$45 a night, labeled as the weekly rate with a seven night minimum. Seven nights at their own stated minimum is $315.
Blue Lakes Inn Extended Stay$360 or $480Page titles say $360 a week. Body copy and the FAQ say $480 a week. Both were live on the same day.

Read from each business's own website on September 2, 2026. These are their numbers, not ours. Any of them can change a price the day after we looked, so check with them before you decide on the strength of this table.

Of those four weekly rates, ours was the lowest for a single room on September 2, 2026. Three other businesses in town publish a weekly rate too, and one of them, Motel 6, is a chain whose nightly prices move daily.

Blue Lakes Inn needs explaining rather than picking. Their visible copy and their FAQ say $480 a week. Every page title and meta description on the site still says $360 a week, and $360 does not appear anywhere in the copy a visitor reads. $360 is the figure that shows up in a search result, so it is very likely the number a person walks in expecting. We are not going to quietly cite the higher one and call it their rate. Both were live on September 2, 2026.

Those three all sit on Blue Lakes Blvd N. Canyon Springs is at 1357, Motel 6 at 1472, Blue Lakes Inn at 952. That is a different corridor from Addison Ave W, across town, which is worth knowing if you are on foot.

What our week works out to per day

Drive north on Blue Lakes Boulevard looking for a room by the week and you pass two extended stay motels advertising a per night number. Both numbers are real. Neither is the whole page. Here is what each site publishes and where, read September 2, 2026.

  • Canyon Springs, 1357 Blue Lakes Blvd N. Homepage, title tag and meta description: "As Low As $295/Week".
  • Its Rooms and Rates page: "Rates as low as $45 a night".
  • Its FAQs: "Weekly rentals start as low as $295 per week", "Monthly rentals begin at $1,100 per month".
  • Blue Lakes Inn, 952 Blue Lakes Blvd N. Body copy: "As low as $480/week!". Title tag and meta description at the same time: "As Low As $360/Week". Also "As low as $53/night when you book a month!".
  • Its FAQs: "Weekly rentals start as low as $480 per week", "Monthly rentals begin at $1600 per month".
  • Motel 6, 1472 Blue Lakes Blvd N. Booking engine: $45 a night as a weekly rate, seven night minimum, $315 a week.

Both FAQ pages carry the question "What is the minimum stay?" Canyon Springs answers "We offer both weekly and monthly rentals with flexible terms to accommodate your needs." Blue Lakes Inn answers "We offer both weekly and monthly rentals with flexible terms..." The per night number sits on one page; the stay length answer sits on another, listing weekly and monthly.

New Leaf publishes a single at $65 a night or $250 a week. 250 / 7 = 35.714285..., which is $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. A double is $75 a night or $275 a week, and 275 / 7 = $39.29 a day. A studio is $325 a week, sold by the week, no nightly rate, so no daily figure.

Room or motelPublished ratePer day
New Leaf single$250 a week$35.71
New Leaf double$275 a week$39.29
New Leaf studio$325 a weekWeek only
Canyon Springs$295 a week$42.14
Motel 6$315, 7 nights$45.00
Blue Lakes Inn$360 a week$51.43
Blue Lakes Inn$480 a week$68.57

Published weekly rates, read September 2, 2026. Every per day figure is that week divided by seven paid nights. Blue Lakes Inn runs both of its figures at once. Motel 6 is a booking engine quote. Of the Twin Falls lodging businesses publishing a weekly rate, $250 was the lowest we read that day.

The single steps down again. A stay of up to 30 days is $1,000. That is a flat price for the stay, so it comes to $33.33 a day only if you use all thirty: 1000 / 30 = 33.333... Thirty days at the weekly rate would be 250 / 7 x 30 = $1,071.43, so the 30 day rate saves $71.43. Canyon Springs publishes $1,100 a month, which is $36.67 a day, and Blue Lakes Inn $1,600 a month, which is $53.33 a day. Theirs renew. Every New Leaf reservation is capped at 30 days, so for a longer stay we are not the right business.

What we are not claiming. We are not saying either motel rents by the week only. Neither minimum stay answer above states a number of nights, and we leave it there. We are also not cheapest for one night: Canyon Springs publishes $45 and our single night is $65. And $35.71 takes seven paid nights, the same way $33.33 takes all thirty days.

Room type decides the address. A single is at nine of our twelve addresses, a double at eight, a studio at nine. Three sell a studio only: 760 Main Ave Extended Stay, 760 Main Ave S; Deluxe Motor Lodge, 761 Main Ave W; Jones Motel, 660 Main Ave N. Twin Falls Motel, 2152 Kimberly Rd, sells a single only. Call (208) 733-2010 or use tfrooms.com/apply.html.

Where somebody else is cheaper

For a single night, we are not the cheapest room in Twin Falls, and pretending otherwise would fall apart the first time somebody checked.

  • Canyon Springs Extended Stay publishes "Rates as low as $45 a night!" on their own site. That is $20 under our $65 single.
  • Motel 6 publishes no rack rate at all. Their booking engine quoted $56 to $61 a night at the member rate for October 14 to 15, 2026, against a struck-through $64 to $69. For 1 to September 2, 2026 the same engine quoted $95 a night.

Those Motel 6 figures are live quotes for named dates. They are not a rate card, and they will read differently tomorrow. That cuts both ways: a mid October night at $56 genuinely beats our $65, and a night in early September at $95 genuinely does not.

Going the other direction, SureStay by Best Western at 1260 Blue Lakes Blvd N quoted $144.32 to $184 a night for September 1 to 2, 2026 and publishes no weekly, monthly or extended stay rate anywhere on its site. That is also a quote for one date rather than a standing price.

What our $65 is good for is that it is a published standing rate rather than a quote built for a date, and it becomes $250 once the stay reaches a week. If you need one cheap night and you are willing to chase a quote, chase it. If you need a week, or you need to know now what a second week will cost, our number holds still.

If a studio is what you want

Apollo has singles and doubles. The company studio rate is $325 a week and it is weekly only. There is no nightly studio rate anywhere in the portfolio, so please do not divide that number by seven and expect it to mean anything.

The nearest studios to this front desk are a short walk west along Addison.

Park Motel, 401 Addison Ave W
3 minute walk. Singles, doubles and studios.
Monterey Motor Inn, 433 Addison Ave W
4 minute walk. Singles, doubles and studios.
Dunes Motel, 447 Addison Ave W
5 minute walk. Singles, doubles and studios.

Worth saying plainly: at $325 a week the studio is above Canyon Springs at $295 a week. The single at $250 is the lower number, here or at any of those three. Same phone number for all of them.

El Rancho Motel is closer still, 2 minutes on foot at 380 Addison Ave W, with singles and doubles at the same $65 and $75.

Measured by road routing on September 1, 2026.

St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is 2.9 miles out, about six minutes by car. If you are sitting with somebody through a hospital stay, that drive and the $250 week are the two numbers to weigh, because seven separate nights come to $455.

The college is four minutes. Amalgamated Sugar is seven minutes and Chobani nine, so a job at either is a short drive rather than a commute. Shoshone Falls is ten minutes out, which puts the canyon inside a morning.

On foot, this block does a fair amount of work. A&W is 2 minutes, Dairy Queen 3, Asian Food Market 4, McDonald's and The Human Bean 7, Swensen's Magic Market 7, Norm's Cafe 8. Harry Barry Park is 8 minutes and Lincoln Elementary School 11. There is an Oasis Stop 'N Go 10 minutes west at 659 Addison Ave W. Somebody without a car can eat, buy groceries and get a coffee without leaving the neighborhood. All of those were measured on the pedestrian network on September 1, 2026.

Booking, the deposit, and what we do not ask for

There is no lease to sign and no credit check to pass. Booking is by phone at (208) 733-2010. Se Habla Espanol.

None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct, by phone. That is not a complaint about those sites, it is just so nobody spends an evening searching for us on one.

The deposit depends on the room. Newly renovated rooms take a deposit of one week's rent at move in. On some other rooms there is none. We are not going to print a single figure here and have it be wrong for the room you are actually offered, so ask on the phone about the specific room and you will get a straight answer before you commit to anything.

New Leaf Properties has run motels in Twin Falls since 2005. One owner and manager across all twelve buildings, the same phone number for each of them, and the office is at this address.

Other places to stay near 296 Addison Ave W

If Apollo is not the right fit, these are close by. Distances measured on September 1, 2026.

  • The Fillmore Inn, a bed and breakfast, 1.01 miles away. About 2 minutes by car or 22 on foot.
  • South Meadow Apartments, 0.96 miles. About 3 minutes by car or 21 on foot.
  • Cameo Mobile Estates, a mobile home park, 0.98 miles. About 3 minutes by car or 22 on foot.
  • Falls Crossing, 1.4 miles. About 3 minutes by car or 29 on foot.

We have not put a price next to any of those, because they do not publish one and we are not going to invent it. Call them.

One more thing about this market that is worth knowing before you spend an evening searching. Three of the lodging businesses we checked in Twin Falls have no working website at all. One of them has a domain that is not even registered any more, and a regional tourism site still links to that dead address. Another is listed under a domain that belongs to a motel of the same name in New Mexico. That is not an insult to anybody, it is just why a search for a cheap room in this town turns up so little to compare. It is also why this page prints the numbers instead of asking you to call around for them.

Questions people ask

The single, at $65 a night or $250 a week. The double is $75 a night or $275 a week.

No. Apollo has singles and doubles only. The nearest studios are at Park Motel, a 3 minute walk, Monterey Motor Inn at 4 minutes and Dunes Motel at 5 minutes. The studio rate is $325 a week and it is weekly only, with no nightly studio rate.

It depends on the room. Newly renovated rooms take a deposit of one week's rent at move in. Some other rooms take none. Call (208) 733-2010 and ask about the room you are being offered, and you will know before you commit.

No to both. There is no lease and no credit check.

None of our twelve Twin Falls properties are listed or bookable on Booking.com, Expedia or Hotels.com. Booking is direct, by phone.

Yes. Canyon Springs Extended Stay publishes rates as low as $45 a night on their own site, and Motel 6 quoted $56 to $61 a night for October 14 to 15, 2026. Both checked September 2, 2026. Our $65 is a standing rate rather than a quote, and it becomes $250 at a week.

Of the four Twin Falls lodging businesses we found publishing a weekly rate on their own website, ours was the lowest for a single room on September 2, 2026. The others were Canyon Springs at $295, Motel 6 at $45 a night with a seven night minimum which is $315, and Blue Lakes Inn at $360 or $480 depending on which part of their site you read.

Because their site publishes two at once. The body copy and FAQ say $480 a week. The page titles and meta descriptions say $360 a week, and $360 is what appears in a search result even though it appears nowhere in the visible copy. Both were live on September 2, 2026, so we print both.

St Luke's Magic Valley Medical Center is 2.9 miles from this address, about 6 minutes by car, measured on September 1, 2026.

Yes. Se Habla Espanol. Call (208) 733-2010.

Yes, a single is $65 and a double is $75 for one night. The studio is $325 a week, sold by the week, with no nightly rate. The $35.71 a day figure is the $250 week divided across seven paid nights, not a one night price.

250 / 7 = 35.714285..., which is $35.71 a day across seven paid nights. The double at $275 a week is 275 / 7 = $39.29 a day. Read September 2, 2026, $250 was the lowest of the weekly rates published by Twin Falls lodging businesses that publish one.

Up to 30 days per reservation. A single is $1,000 for a stay of up to 30 days. It is a flat price for the stay, so it works out to $33.33 a day only if you use the full thirty, and more per day on a shorter stay. It is available at the nine addresses that have a single. There is no up to 30 days rate for the double or the studio. Idaho law can create a tenancy once a stay runs 30 continuous days, which is why every reservation stops there.

By the week, on the single: $35.71 a day against $42.14 at Canyon Springs and $51.43 or $68.57 at Blue Lakes Inn, from the rates each of them publishes. By the night, no: Canyon Springs publishes $45 on its Rooms and Rates page and our single night is $65. Our studio at $325 a week is above Canyon Springs at $295 and above Motel 6 at $315, and below both Blue Lakes Inn figures.

A single is at nine of our twelve addresses, a double at eight, a studio at nine. Three addresses sell a studio only, and Twin Falls Motel at 2152 Kimberly Rd sells a single only. Call (208) 733-2010 or use the form at tfrooms.com/apply.html and we will tell you which address has your room type open.

No. That figure is a weekly rate divided by seven, and it takes seven paid nights. One night is $65 in a single and $75 in a double, at the addresses that have those rooms. The studio is booked by the week only and has no nightly price.

No. Our studio is $325 a week, which is $30 above Canyon Springs' $295 week and $10 above the $315 that the Motel 6 weekly rate comes to. The single at $250 a week and the double at $275 are the two that come in under both. Motel 6's $45 carries a seven night minimum, which is $315 for the week, and Canyon Springs' $45 a night is an as low as figure rather than a flat rate.
